Terms & Conditions

1. General bookings and payments must be received a minimum of 72 hours in advance of play to secure the booking. Any payments not received with 72 hours’ notice will not be booked. For any last-minute bookings please contact us on 0330 109 8847.
2. For general cancellation of cricket and football bookings, notice by the hirer of at least 72 hours in advance of play must be given to Serco Limited in order to get a refund or re-arranged booking.
3. Where cancellations are made by patrol staff, or a written referee’s report is submitted, less than 72 hours in advance of play, a refund will be issued or an alternative booking can be made.
4. If damage occurs from improper use of the facilities and requires reinstatement or repair, any costs incurred will be recovered in full from the hirer.
5. Correct footwear appropriate to the sport must be worn at all times.
6. Serco Limited reserve the right to withdraw the facilities at any time.
7. VAT is applied to the hire of the facilities.
8. Car parking is not permitted on any of the grass areas.
9. Football team are responsible for providing their own goal nets, corner flags and posts.
10. Do not leave valuable possessions within the facilities. Serco Limited is not responsible for loss of personal items or damage to personal property, either on the premises or in the parking area, unless caused by negligence of Serco Limited.
11. All personal information collected with this booking form and processed in relation to delivering this booking will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
