Prison Officers
As a Serco Prison Officer, you'll discover a career where your contribution really counts. You'll give people in prison daily structure, be a role model to encourage positive choices, and ensure that they're supported during their rehabilitation journey. When you're on duty you'll act as a mentor and will ensure the safety, security and decency of prisoners, and perform a pivotal role within the prison and the surrounding community.
Psychological Services

Operating across five UK prisons and internationally too, we bring global insights and best practice to redefine offender rehabilitation.

Prisoner Escorting and Custody Services (PECS)
As a Prisoner Escort and Custody Officer, you’ll play a vital role in the justice system, ensuring the safe and secure movement of detainees between prisons, police stations, and courts. But this role goes beyond logistics – it’s about making a real, positive impact on the people in your care.
