Join our team at this brand new category C prison in Leicester that is adopting a new psychologically informed approach
Awarded to Serco by the UK Ministry of Justice and built on the site of the old HMP Glen Parva, HMP Fosse Way will house around 1,700 prisoners and focus on the rehabilitation of offenders and their reintegration back into society. The Prison itself has been designed with input from Psychologists and will see Psychological Services at the centre of service delivery.
The brand new team at Fosse Way will be involved in the creation of a new prison culture and psychological delivery model - developing and delivering bespoke psychological interventions and innovating in response to the needs of the prisoner population.You’ll not only become an important part of the running of this new Prison but you’ll be a vital member of our dynamic 150-strong Psychological Services team, contributing to the work of psychologists within other prisons too.
