Disability Confident Leader

We’re a Disability Confident Leader employer and are committed to equal opportunities. This is the highest level of disability confidence in the UK and demonstrates we have been assessed by a third party who has recognised our ability to recruit, retain and develop people with disabilities.

everywoman

In 2017 we began our partnership with everywoman, one of the world’s largest network and learning platform for women and men in business. This partnership gives all colleagues access to an online portal where they can find a wealth of personal development tools.

The Valuable 500

The Valuable 500’s mission is to use the power of business to drive lasting change for the 1.3b people around the world, living with a disability. At Serco, we are committed to removing barriers and changing perceptions about disabilities, impairments and health conditions.  We celebrate uniqueness and ensure that every employee is recognised for their performance and potential.

PurpleSpace

PurpleSpace is the world’s only networking and professional development hub for disabled employees, network and resource group leaders and allies from all sectors and trades. Armed Forces Covenant

We were one of the first companies to publicly commit to the Armed Forces Covenant in 2013, and currently hold a Gold Award. Black Talent Awards

The Evenfields Black Talent Awards recognises and celebrates Black Talent in the UK. This means celebrating the outstanding performance and achievements of Black professionals, including both employees and employers. We are proud to have been Headline Sponsors for the Black Talent Awards since it's creation in 2022.
