Operational Graduate Programmes

Working in one of our Operational Graduate Programmes means being directly involved in the delivery of the public services we provide. Organised into regional rotations, you’ll experience what its like to work and manage on the front line of our business and in a variety of sectors.

Make no mistake, you won’t be there to watch or to keep notes - you’ll be engaged in the real and pressing issues of delivering a great service. From day one you’ll be picking up the skills and experience you need to help run our contracts and our business. So you’ll need to bring your problem solving skills, commercial mind-set, and your enthusiasm to bear. You’ll also be engaged in a variety of environments and locations, so you’ll need to be willing to travel and to be flexible.

This year we’re pleased to be able to offer a rotation in our European business. Working with our team in Belgium, you’ll spend time travelling to Brussels (and other locations) and working remotely supporting some of the fascinating contracts we have outside of the UK.
