Psychological Services Careers

Serco provides essential services across the justice system, from the secure and safe operation of prisons to the reintegration of ex-offenders into society. Operating across six prisons in the UK and more in Asia Pacific we are known for our transferable global experience and proven innovative approaches.

We pursue a rehabilitative approach to justice with a focus on addressing individual criminogenic needs, all with the key outcome of reducing reoffending.  Our aim is to make offenders less likely to return to the criminal justice system to help rebuild lives, reduce demand on governments and lessen the financial and wider costs of crime to the communities we serve.

Serco Psychological Services are key to this and support offenders and prisons through critical psychological services. Every member of our team helps us deliver robust, insightful solutions through specialist behavioural analysis, designed to address the factors influencing criminal behaviour.

Serco will be attending the Forensic Psychology Conference and Exhibition as exhibitors on Wednesday 19th June at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre. Come and say hello and find out more information.
