The Recruitment Process
Once you have seen a role that you are interested in, and have applied, a member of our People Operations team will be in touch on next steps.
As part of the interview process, you will be asked to provide Right to Work documentation which proves you are eligible to work in the UK. This includes a valid passport or birth certificate together with a valid permit or visa, if applicable, which shows your right to live and remain in the UK. More information on this can be found at Right to work checks: an employer's guide - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
You will be required to show this documentation during your interview, and if successful, will be asked to present a hard copy on site ahead of your first shift.
Within the first 30 days of starting with SWS, you will also be required to complete the Serco Essentials mandatory training. This should take no more than an hour.
