Inclusive Employers are the UK's first and leading membership organisation for employers looking to build inclusive workplaces. They provide support, training and thought leadership to help make inclusion an everyday reality in Serco.


Think, Act, Report – Gender Equality at Work

Think, Act, Report is a campaign by the Government Equalities Office, aiming to get employers to show their commitment to gender equality in the workplace.  Serco has pledged to:

  • Think: identify any issues around gender equality
  • Act: take action to fix those issues
  • Report: on how our business ensures gender equality


Everywoman – Development Portal

Everywoman is the world's largest network and learning and development platform for women in business and female entrepreneurs. Serco’s partnership with Everywoman allows our colleagues, male and female, in the UK and Europe with access to an online portal where they can find a wealth of personal development tools which are intended to support the challenges faced at all levels of business.


Disability Confident Committed (Level 1)

The government’s Disability Confident scheme provides employers with the confidence, skills and tools to help recruit and retain disabled people.  It aims to challenge misconceptions towards disability and employment, increase understanding and awareness of disabilities, both mental and physical, and support Serco to make the most of the talent and insights disabled people can bring to our workforce.


Stonewall – Diversity Champion

Stonewall’s Diversity Champions programme is Britain’s leading best-practice employers' forum for LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Trans) equality, diversity and inclusion. Working with Stonewall will help Serco to create inclusive and accepting environments for almost a quarter of the UK workforce. 


Mindful Employer Mental Health Charter

The Mindful Employer charter demonstrates Serco’s commitment to the mental wellbeing of our employees and a willingness to work towards better practice.  Mindful Employer also provides access to information and support for staff who experience stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health conditions.


TUC Dying to Work Charter

The Trades Union Congress’ (TUC) Dying to Work charter sets out an agreed way in which Serco employees in the UK will be supported, protected and guided throughout their employment if they are diagnosed with a terminal illness. 



CIMA Premier Partner

The CIMA Premier Partner accreditation recognises Serco’s support of life-long learning and development for CIMA students and members.
