Serco provides a comprehensive range of parking and enforcement services, from car park management and controlled parking zones to moving traffic offences across the road network. Serco has worked, for over 10 years as a strategic partner to a number of Healthcare Trusts and Local Authorities, as well as being a member of the West London Alliance since 2012, delivering a wide range of improvements to their parking and parking enforcement services.

We provide 24/7, multi-channel access to our services that are integrated with robust back office and telephony systems to ensure our service user expectations and needs are meet. Our locally based Customer Services teams provide a quick, knowledgeable and responsive service, working in partnership with our customers to deal with issues, appeals or complaints in a fair, efficient and appropriate manner.

Serco’s unique Street Segmentation data, analytics and ANPR enabled mobile teams allow us to focus our enforcement resources where and when they are needed. Reducing illegal and dangerous parking and traffic offences, minimising risk and improving traffic flow for visitors, local residents and businesses. 

We seek to keep the roads safe and generate revenues for our customers, providing real-time monitoring and enforcement across networks of CCTV cameras in state of the art monitoring and control centres.

We deliver significant improvements in access, safety and compliance for serivice users whilst enabling customers to reduce operating costs and reduce congestion.
