Prior Permission Required (PPR) Information

Please download the PPR Form in word or as a PDF or alternatively you can use the form below. Remember you will need to complete a GAR, Billing Information Sheet and provide a copy of the aircraft insurance certificate.

All flights wishing to land at RAF Brize Norton will require a PPR number.

Civilian business and general aviation aircraft

For all civilian business and general aviation aircraft your request should be directed to Serco Ramp Agents.

In order to obtain your PPR number from the airport authority we require you to provide the following documents:

  1. Completed Business Aviation PPR Form
  2. Completed GAR Form
  3. Completed Billing Information Form
  4. Copy of your Aircraft Insurance Certificate

RAF Brize Norton charges a single fee which covers landing, navigation and parking, and Serco will charge an aircraft ground handling fee based upon your aircraft MTOW. Additional Ground Handling Services will be charged as per the current schedule of services available upon request. Fuel will be provided on receipt of a fuel release certificate.

Military aircraft

All requests for military aircraft should be directed to RAF Brize Norton Visitor Operations.
