Leave the M23 at Junction 9 following signs to Gatwick airport. Go straight across at the next roundabout, heading towards the North Terminal, and take the 4th exit at the next roundabout onto the A23. At the next roundabout (called Longbridge Roundabout), take the 4th exit remaining on the A23 heading towards Crawley. Continue to the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit (Perimeter Road East), then take the first turning on the left into Perimeter Road South. Tinsley House is about ½ mile on the left-hand side, Brook House is approximately 1 mile on the left, past the aircraft hangars on the right-hand side. Car parking facilities are provided at both sites.

At Tinsley House/Gatwick PDA please wait at the main gate and our friendly staff will direct you to parking and the front reception desk. At Brook House the first gated barrier is for visitors and entry is gained by use of the intercom.  Please park and make your way to the Visitor’s Centre.

Take the train to Gatwick airport. You will arrive at the South Terminal.  Leave the station and head towards arrivals.  Follow signs to “local buses” making your way down to the ground floor using the lift or stairs.  Once outside turn left and keeping the terminal building on your left head towards Atlantic House which is a mint green colour.  Serco provides a free minibus service from Atlantic House to the centres (see By bus section).

There are no public buses servicing the centres, but Serco offers a free minibus service between Gatwick airport train/bus station (Atlantic House) and Tinsley House/Gatwick PDA/Brook House.

All visitors should present themselves to either the Front Reception Desk at Tinsley House/Gatwick PDA or the Visitors Centre at Brook House where our staff will welcome you and assist you to your visit at the centre.
