Please note that if you are submitting correspondence on behalf of a prisoner, we are only able to investigate the matter once we have received signed consent from the prisoner. This consent must clearly state the specific information the prisoner agrees to share with you. Without this explicit, signed authorisation, we will be unable to progress the complaint.
