For over 35 years with the Army and 25 with the Air Force, Serco has specialized in creating training that blends live action with virtual and constructive simulations (LVC). A key example is the Distributed Mission Operations Network (DMON), which connects live aircraft and simulators for the Air Force across more than 120 global sites. For the Army, Serco supports the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) by designing and running large-scale combat exercises. To streamline this complex work, Serco developed the Training Assistant Platform - AI (TAP-AI), a tool that helps planners build schedules and develop training content more quickly. This integrated approach provides a cost-effective and powerful way to ensure warfighters are mission-ready.
