Michael LaRouche Chief Executive Officer
Michael LaRouche serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Serco in North America. He oversees the $2 billion North American Division with over 10,000 employees, responsible for driving the company’s strategy, growth, and cultural transformation.

Prior to joining Serco in 2025, Michael was President of the National Security and Space Sector at SAIC, delivering advanced solutions in systems integration, C5ISR, digital engineering, and mission operations to the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Space customers.
His extensive career includes senior leadership positions at Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, along with successful entrepreneurial ventures. He has a proven track record of building and executing business solutions internationally, including Asia, the UK, Europe, and Join Ventures in the Middle East.
Michael is a Board Member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), where he serves as Chair of the Membership Committee, and is a Fellow of the CEO Perspectives leadership program. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado, where he was a Hughes Fellow, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with honors from the University of Michigan.

Trisha Bezmen Vice President, Defense Operations, Acquisition & Readiness Business Unit
With a workforce of over 1,500 professionals supporting both U.S.-based and OCONUS operations, the DOAR BU delivers enterprise-level, lifecycle support to mission-critical programs, systems, and personnel across the U.S. defense community.
Trisha brings more than 20 years of experience in business management with technical expertise including acquisition strategy, economic and cost analysis, weapon systems, and contingency operations.
Since joining Serco Inc. in 2007 as a Technical Business Consultant supporting U.S. Army and federal programs, Dr. Bezmen has held multiple operational leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Throughout her career, she has partnered with the Department of Defense and various federal agencies on acquisition planning, strategic modeling and analysis, budgeting, and high-visibility responses to Agency and Congressional investigations.
Prior to joining Serco Inc., Dr. Bezmen was a professor of economics specializing in international economics and public finance. Her academic research has been published in peer-reviewed journals in the fields of business and economics. Trisha holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Management Science from the State University of New York at Cortland.

Earlier in his career, Mike worked as a marine engineer at JJMA, holding roles in systems integration, systems engineering, cost engineering, and production oversight across multiple ship classes. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Clemson University.
