Tom Watson Chief Executive Officer
Tom Watson serves as Chief Executive Officer of Serco Inc., a leading provider of professional, technology, and management services to every branch of the U.S. military, numerous U.S. federal civilian agencies, the intelligence community, the Government of Canada, state and local governments, and commercial clients.

Prior to being promoted to CEO in September 2022, Tom served as Serco’s Senior Vice President, of the Defense Services Business Group and the Company’s Acquisition, Program Management & Logistics Business Unit and the Systems Integration & Installation Business Unit.
Before to joining Serco in 2018, Tom held positions of increasing responsibility with SAIC for 22 years. His last position was as Senior Vice President and General Manager of SAIC's Navy and Marine Corps Business Unit which had annual revenues of over $1B with ~4000 employees. The BU provided mission critical technical and engineering support services and products and system integration support and solutions for ship, shore, submarine, vehicle and aviation and weapons systems programs for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps customers.
Before joining SAIC, he worked for RCI (now Serco) providing technical and engineering support for U.S. Navy intelligence and information systems. Tom has more than 30 years of experience in supporting and leading command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence systems programs, management, engineering and technical support, hardware and software systems development, production and integration, IT systems, management, and business development efforts. His career also includes six years active duty in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician.
Tom earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from National University.

Gordon began his government contracting career with Northrop Grumman (formerly Litton PRC) where he ultimately served as the CFO of the Civil Systems Division, Cyber Solutions Division, and Intelligence Systems Division. He also held various other leadership positions across Health IT, DoD, Commercial, State and Local portfolios.

Trisha Bezmen Vice President, Acquisition, Program Management & Logistics Business Unit
With over 1,300 employees, U.S. and OCONUS operations, the APM&L BU provides lifecycle acquisition, training, analytics and IT, workplace and facilities management, operations and contingency planning, engineering, technical and advisory support to mission-critical systems and programs for DoD, Federal, and Intel customers.
Trisha joined Serco in 2007 as a Technical Business Consultant providing technical and cost analysis for US Army and Federal programs. Managing multiple contracts and capturing new business opportunities, she was subsequently promoted to PM and Director, and VP of APM Operations.
Prior to joining Serco, Trisha was an Economic Professor specializing in International Economics and Public Finance. She has 25 years’ experience providing management and technical support in policy analysis and decision making for DoD, other Federal Agencies, and International Organizations. Her research in International Economics and Pricing is published in peer-reviewed journals of Business and Economics. Trisha earned a Ph.D. in Economics (University of Georgia) and a B.S. in Management Science (State University of New York)

Before joining Serco in late 2016, he was a Senior Vice President for Xerox where he ran the urban mobility, parking, and court business units. He also led business development, strategy, and acquisitions for their Transportation division with operations in over 30 countries. He has been co-awarded 15 patents and at one point led a team of 40 scientists from the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) and other Xerox research centers on innovation projects. David was the Director of Operations Management for the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic organizing committee, and he was a recipient of PMI's International Project of the Year Award in 2003. He has also worked in the telecommunications and international development industries.
David holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School, an MA in International Affairs from the George Washington University, and a BA in Political Science from Messiah University. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Valley Forge Military Academy and College and is involved in other volunteer work for non-profits.

He had made his was to Alion following the acquisition of Anteon’s Navy contracts, when Alion created Integrated Systems Group focused on maritime business, and Michael assumed the role of Operation Manager for the Surface Combatants Operation. In this capacity, he was responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Bath, Pascagoula and Washington Navy Yard Divisions and assisting the U.S. Navy in design, acquisition, production and testing of Surface Combatants.
Mike began his career at JJMA as a marine engineer. He held various roles in systems design integration, systems engineering, cost engineering, and production oversight as an owner representative for multiple ship classes. Michael received a B.S. in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Clemson University.

In her business unit roles, she was responsible for business performance and growth across $500M+ portfolios. In Terri’s business development vice president roles, her $3B+ portfolio exceeded awards and book-to-bill goals year over year, while reducing overall costs through efficiencies and increased focus on gated decision making.

Kelly graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science and commissioned as an Ensign in 1980. He received a Master of Business Administration, with distinction, from California Lutheran University in 1990.
