Michael leads the company's delivery of mission-critical professional, technology, and management services to a diverse portfolio of customers across every branch of the U.S. military, numerous U.S. federal civilian agencies, the intelligence community, the Government of Canada, state and local governments, and commercial clients.

Prior to joining Serco in 2025, Michael was President of the National Security and Space Sector at SAIC, delivering advanced solutions in systems integration, C5ISR, digital engineering, and mission operations to the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Space customers.

His extensive career includes senior leadership positions at Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, along with successful entrepreneurial ventures. He has a proven track record of building and executing business solutions internationally, including Asia, the UK, Europe, and Join Ventures in the Middle East.

Michael is a Board Member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), where he serves as Chair of the Membership Committee, and is a Fellow of the CEO Perspectives leadership program. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado, where he was a Hughes Fellow, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with honors from the University of Michigan.

With a workforce of over 1,500 professionals supporting both U.S.-based and OCONUS operations, the DOAR BU delivers enterprise-level, lifecycle support to mission-critical programs, systems, and personnel across the U.S. defense community.

Trisha brings more than 20 years of experience in business management with technical expertise including acquisition strategy, economic and cost analysis, weapon systems, and contingency operations.

Since joining Serco Inc. in 2007 as a Technical Business Consultant supporting U.S. Army and federal programs, Dr. Bezmen has held multiple operational leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Throughout her career, she has partnered with the Department of Defense and various federal agencies on acquisition planning, strategic modeling and analysis, budgeting, and high-visibility responses to Agency and Congressional investigations.

Prior to joining Serco Inc., Dr. Bezmen was a professor of economics specializing in international economics and public finance. Her academic research has been published in peer-reviewed journals in the fields of business and economics. Trisha holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Management Science from the State University of New York at Cortland.

Debra’s executive experience brings deep understanding across defense, intelligence, and homeland security and is known for translating emerging technologies into secure, scalable operational capabilities.

A former member of the U.S. Senior Executive Service, Debra previously served as Component Acquisition Executive at the Department of Homeland Security, overseeing $17B+ in RDT&E programs, and as the Chief Information Technology Officer for the U.S. Secret Service. Earlier, at the Naval Sea Systems Command, she led combat systems engineering and architecture for U.S. Navy surface fleet, serving as the Technical Warrant Holder for deploying combat capability certification.

His organization supports mission‑critical maritime programs for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, international navies, and commercial customers, delivering technical depth and operational excellence across complex surface combatant and maritime systems.

Mike joined Serco in 2019 through the acquisition of Alion’s Naval Services Business Unit, bringing extensive experience from leadership roles supporting U.S. Navy surface combatant programs. Previously, he served as Operations Manager for Alion’s Surface Combatants Operation, coordinating daily operations across multiple shipyard and Navy Yard locations while supporting design, acquisition, production, and testing efforts. Earlier in his career, Mike worked as a marine engineer at JJMA, holding roles in systems integration, systems engineering, cost engineering, and production oversight across multiple ship classes. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Clemson University.

In this role, he provides financial leadership and operational oversight supporting Serco’s strategic objectives and long‑term growth across its government and commercial portfolios.

Gordon has brought more than two decades of government contracting experience to Serco. Prior to joining the company, he served as CFO of Constellis, a multi‑billion‑dollar global enterprise delivering risk management, security, humanitarian, training, and operational support services to government and commercial customers worldwide, where he played a key role in a successful debt restructuring. Previously, Gordon was Executive Vice President and CFO of ASRC Federal, supporting the company’s organic and acquisitive growth across federal civilian, intelligence, and defense markets. Earlier in his career, he held multiple senior financial leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, ultimately serving as CFO for the Civil Systems, Cyber Solutions, and Intelligence Systems divisions, with experience spanning Health IT, Department of Defense, commercial, and state and local portfolios.

He also serves as Corporate Secretary to the Serco Inc. Board of Directors, advising senior leadership and the Board on legal, regulatory, and governance matters critical to the company’s operations and strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Serco, David was Chief Counsel for Litigation and Labor & Employment at AOL. He began his legal career in private practice at Shaw, Pittman, Potts & Trowbridge and later at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi. David is actively engaged in community service, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Make‑A‑Wish Mid‑Atlantic and previously serving on the Board of Directors for Homestretch, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

In this role, she provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure high quality service delivery across complex, mission critical programs in Canada.

With more than 20 years at Serco, Natasha brings deep experience spanning direct operational management and corporate human resources support roles. Prior to leading the Canada Services Business Unit, she managed the Site Support Services contract at 5 Wing Goose Bay, delivering air operations, engineering, and logistics services to the Royal Canadian Air Force. Natasha has served as Executive Sponsor of SercoWomen and currently supports the advancement of women and industry collaboration as a sponsor of Women in Defense & Security Canada and a member of Canada’s Defense Industry Advisory Group.

In this role, she oversees talent management, organizational development, corporate communications, and cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring Serco attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a strong, inclusive culture aligned with business objectives. Melissa is passionate about mentoring others and is an active member of American Corporate Partners (ACP), American Corporate Partners, providing mentoring to transitioning military members and spouses for over five years. ACP has proved results for Veterans and their spouses with over 40,000 mentees finding career success since 2010 and a 98% satisfaction rate among participants.

Prior to joining Serco, Melissa served as Chief Human Resources Officer at J&J Worldwide Services, where she modernized and scaled the HR function to support business growth and led HR diligence for a successful $800 million acquisition. She previously spent nearly a decade at Lockheed Martin in leadership roles focused on aligning business strategy with people initiatives to drive organizational performance. A U.S. Army veteran, Melissa holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM‑SCP).

In this role, she is responsible for strategic planning, new business growth, and the successful execution of the business unit’s financial and operational objectives, supporting complex mission requirements across the maritime and defense domains.

Amanda has more than 25 years of government contracting experience, including over a decade in senior leadership roles within the SI2 Business Unit. Prior to returning to Serco, she served at SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific as the Integrated Projects Team Lead for Anti‑Terrorism and Force Protection, supporting Commander, Navy Installations Command and Naval Facilities Engineering Command. She began her career with Serco supporting the U.S. Army Central Identification Laboratory Hawaii / Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Don is responsible for advancing Serco’s technical capabilities, strengthening customer partnerships, and enabling scalable, mission-driven outcomes across the business.

A transformation-driven executive with more than 25 years of experience, Don specializes in architecting mission‑critical solutions that leverage advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, enterprise DevSecOps, and Zero Trust cybersecurity architectures. His background spans defense and government markets, supporting Department of Defense and federal, state, local, and Canadian government clients. Prior to joining Serco, he served as Director of Technology at Whitney, Bradley & Brown, where he led innovative approaches to complex customer challenges. Don is a retired U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer with more than 20 years of distinguished service and holds an Executive MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science from Norfolk State University.
