Serco Appoints Natasha McLean as Managing Director of Canada Business

Serco Inc., a provider of professional, technology, and management services, announced today the appointment of Natasha McLean as Managing Director of Serco’s Canada business.  Natasha will oversee all operations in Canada and be responsible for business development strategies in Canada across the citizen services, defence, and transportation market sectors.  She will report to David Cummins, Senior Vice President of Serco’s North America division.

“Natasha brings nearly two decades of delivering Serco services in Canada.  With a focus on growing our business and providing customer service excellence, Natasha is a perfect fit to lead Serco’s Canadian business,” said Dave Dacquino, Serco’s Chairman and CEO.

Natasha has been with Serco’s Canadian Operations in various roles for the past 17 years.  Over the last 5 years, she has managed Serco’s operations at 5 Wing Goose Bay, including the Site Support Services contract for the Department of National Defence. She leads a team of over 250 people in providing a full scope of critical air operations, engineering and logistics services to the Royal Canadian Air Force.  Prior to Goose Bay, she worked on operational program management as well as corporate support, with a background in Human Resource Management.
