Serco Awarded Three Task Orders under the Navy’s Global Installation Contract

Serco Inc., a provider of professional, technology, and management services, announced today that the Company has been awarded three new task orders within the last 30 days, under the SPAWAR Global Installation Contract vehicle, installing command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems including Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise System (CANES) and Navy Multiband Terminal (NMT). The task orders have a cumulative value of $16.4 million.
Serco will install the C4ISR systems aboard a guided-missile cruiser, an amphibious transport dock ship and a Los Angeles-class submarine. The work scope includes removal of current systems, structural modifications, installation of 21 different C4ISR systems, and testing support. Work will be done in San Diego and Hawaii.
