Susan Balaguer Joins Serco as Chief Human Resources Officer

Serco Inc., a provider of professional, technology, and management services, announced the appointment of Susan Balaguer as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources (HR) Officer.  In this position, Balaguer oversees all HR functions including: Serco’s compensation; benefits; HR Compliance; recruitment; business support; and, talent management.  In addition, she is responsible for Serco’s health, safety and environment program; Program management training; employee rotation program; and, intern program.   Balaguer reports to Serco’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dave Dacquino.

Balaguer brings to Serco over 30 years of HR experience mostly related to the federal government contracting industry.  Prior to joining Serco, Balaguer served in various executive level HR roles at Raytheon, CACI, and more recently Engility.

Balaguer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management from Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana.
