Serco Awarded $52 Million Shipboard System Contract

Serco Inc. a provider of professional, technology, engineering, and management services, announced today that the Company was one of four prime contractors awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) contract for the PMW 150 Command and Control Processor (C2P) Technical Refresh System Production. The BPA covers the production of up to 74 units of C2P hardware systems per awardee along with the associated program management, testing and logistics support to deliver the units. The total potential value of the BPA is $52 million, per awardee.
Under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) multiple award contract (MAC), Serco will perform work related to the sustainment, procurement, fabrication, configuration, integration, testing, obsolescence analysis, and production of the C2P hardware system for the US Navy, US Coast Guard and FMS surface platforms. C2PS is a shipboard system that provides real-time control and management of Tactical Digital Information Links (TADILs) through interfaces with the host combat system and data link terminals.
