Serco Showcases Solutions at ServiceNow Knowledge 2024 Conference

Serco, a leading provider of professional, technology, engineering, and management services, had the opportunity to highlight the Company’s successful implementation of ServiceNow at the annual Knowledge 2024 conference. Serco, represented by Brian Snodgrass, Vice President of Enterprise Application Services and Allison McFall, Manager of Enterprise Product Management, shared how the Company leverages ServiceNow to transform operations, boost efficiency, and empower employees through Citizen Development and strategic utilization of the platform.

Through two sessions at the event, Brian and Allison shared how ServiceNow has impacted a better future for Serco’s customers, colleagues, and citizens by modernizing business processes across multiple corporate functions, delivering with speed and accuracy to customers and fostering a culture of innovation for employees through Citizen Development. Additionally, through ServiceNow Impact, Serco rapidly expanded their ServiceNow community of practice and realized significant application delivery efficiencies in less than 12 months. In the sessions, Brian and Allison shared the growth Serco has realized in their ServiceNow journey and provided insights to attendees on how they could realize similar benefits in their own organizations.
