Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to identify America’s Dream Employers 2026, reflecting what today’s emerging and established workforce values most—growth, purpose, balance, and opportunity. The ranking is based on surveys of more than 150,000 participants, including 10,000 U.S. college students and 140,000 U.S.-based employees working at companies with at least 1,000 employees. Participants evaluated employers on factors such as career growth, meaningful work, compensation, benefits, workplace culture, and the ability to share ideas. Survey results were combined with data from Forbes-Statista employee surveys conducted over the past three years, with greater weight given to responses from current employees. In total, more than 266,000 data points were analyzed, and the 500 highest-scoring companies were named to the list.
