Network Connectivity: Distributed Mission Operation Network (DMON)
Serco delivers a fully functioning, collective training solution that is scalable and cyber secure. As the provider of DMON capabilities, we deliver the virtual-constructive backbone for LVC leadership and is a core enabler for the U.S. Air Force to achieve its LVC vision of worldwide training. DMON allows different aircraft simulator platforms located across the globe to seamlessly interoperate and train together in a realistic, virtual environment via a secure network. DMON provides on-demand, inter-team training for the Combat and Mobility Air Forces on a daily basis.

Serco’s solution is global, and its on-demand LVC training framework has achieved numerous firsts during LVC training events — including the first integration of fifth generation (F-35) and fourth generation (F-16) fighter aircraft — demonstrating full-spectrum combat training that truly transforms the way pilots train to fight. As more and more countries add F-35s to their fleets, they will need our interoperable, on-demand, global LVC training solution to be mission ready.
