Serco Veterans’ Employee Resource Group Raises Over $15k for the Fisher House Foundation

Serco Inc, in conjunction with the sercoVets Employee Resource Group (ERG), is proud to announce that the Company’s Holiday Donation Drive raised over $15,000 for the Fisher House Foundation, which includes individual donations from employees and a $5,000 company match.

“The outpouring of support for these military families who are dealing with unfortunate circumstances and hardships is incredibly humbling to see, especially during this unprecedented time.  There’s no question that we have very generous and caring employees at Serco and I’m honored to be a part of this amazing team,” said Tom Watson, SVP of Serco's Defense Services Business Group and the sercoVets Executive Sponsor.

The Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military and veterans’ families can stay free of charge while a loved one is in the hospital. These homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the world.  The Foundation also manages a grant program that supports other military charities and scholarship funds for military children, spouses, and children of fallen and disabled veterans.
