Natasha McLean, Managing Director
Natasha joined Serco 24 years ago. She brings a deep understanding of our company, having moved through multiple roles in defence operations, corporate services, and people management. As Managing Director, Natasha leads our business and is responsible for guiding our strategy and stewarding our company’s growth.

Terry Standing, Business Development Director, Defence and Space
Terry joined Serco in 2018 after 24 years in the Canadian Navy in multiple roles and having worked on the National Shipbuilding Program in Integrated Logistics Services. Terry is responsible for leading our Growth strategy for defence and space, expanding our existing Site Services/Base Operations work, and bringing Serco’s global capabilities in radar maintenance, defence personal management, defence advisory services, earth observation data and geospatial data.

Adam Morrison, Director of Partnerships and Growth, Citizen Services
Adam joined Serco in 2024. As the Canadian Director, Partnerships and Growth for Citizen Services, he works with government, industry and community networks to understand some of our most complex policy challenges and develop practical, inclusive, solutions. Adam is committed to leveraging research, innovation and scaled technology integration to add value to public services while also building capacity at the community level.

Gary Cook, VP, Citizen Services Operations
Gary joined Serco in October, 2016, and currently serves as the Vice President, Operations with oversight of the Driver Examination Services and Security Guard Testing Contracts. These two contracts involve delivery of testing and licensing services to the citizens of Ontario, and include a complement of approximately 900 unionized staff and 100 support and management staff.

Jodi O’Gorman,Managing Director, Employment Services
Jodi joined Serco in 2021, spearheading the Ontario Employment Services Transformation and launching the EmployNext brand using innovative digital tools. With over 30 years of industry experience, she drives modernization and impactful change as Managing Director of Employment Services. Under her leadership, EmployNext has expanded across Ontario, delivering client-centered solutions that connect job seekers with opportunities and support employer talent needs.

Robb Nesbitt, Program Director, NFTC Moose Jaw
Robb joined Serco in 2019. He spent 32 years with the RCAF in air weapons/surveillance, space and air traffic control. He held roles in HR, airport operations and management after leaving the RCAF. Robb oversees Serco Services at 15 Wing Moose Jaw in support of the NATO Flying Training in Canada program (NFTC). Services include air traffic control, air traffic management system maintenance, aviation weather, aviation fuel, airfield maintenance (groundskeeping and snow/ice control), fleet maintenance, facility and infrastructure maintenance.

Sylvain Morin, Program Director/Site Manager, 5 Wing Goose Bay
Sylvain joined Serco in 2023 after a distinguished 40-year career with the Royal Canadian Air Force and subsequent public service. As Program Director/Site Manager at 5 Wing Goose Bay, he oversees a comprehensive range of air operations, logistics, and engineering services. His leadership ensures the efficient delivery of essential site support, from aviation services to infrastructure maintenance and emergency response.

Jean-Christian (JC) Dupont, P.Eng., Program Director, Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program
JC joined Serco in 2017 after 21 years in the Canadian Aerospace Industry and from Ottawa, currently serves as Serco’s FAcT Program Director. Serco Canada Inc. is part of the SkyAlyne Team of Canadian Industries embarking on the journey to transition from the current NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC) to FAcT that will provide Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) pilot training for the next 25 years mandated to deliver a comprehensive and efficient training solution that prepares Canadian aviators for a demanding and rewarding career in the RCAF. JC supports the FAcT Industrial Team efforts to deploy a robust, resilient, and efficient Canadian Aircrew Training Program at 15 Wing Moose Jaw SK, Southport and 17 Wing Winnipeg MB.

Russ Peters, General Manager, Serco Canada Marine
Russell joined Serco in 2009 after a 20 year career in the Royal Canadian Navy where he held roles on the coast, in current NSS programs, and in an exchange position with the USN. Russell is a Naval Architect and a Professional Engineer and leads the Serco Canada Marine business delivering ship design and engineering services to government and commercial customers.

Ian Hawkins, Program Director, Serco Canada Marine
Ian joined Serco in 2016 and is responsible for overseeing the execution of all Serco Canada Marine projects. Ian is also the Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for the attainment and maintenance of its ISO9001:2015 accreditation. A certified Project Management Professional, Ian has over thirty years’ experience managing defence, government, naval, ship design and shipbuilding programs, captures, proposals, contracts and operations in Canada and Europe.

Srinivas Viswanathan, Senior Engineering Manager, Serco Canada Marine
Srini joined Serco in 2017 after having served 25 years in the elite Core of Naval Constructors of the Indian Navy. At Serco Canada Marine, he has been spearheading design and engineering services delivery on NSS and various other international shipbuilding programs and driving innovations in the maritime and energy space, managing a high caliber design team spread across Canada. Over his career, he has led design, construction, retro fitment, trials and commissioning of a variety of platforms, namely submarines, aircraft carriers, green ferries, scientific/research vessels, and fleet support ships. An MBA from the Schulich School of Business, Toronto, a Professional Engineer, a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects, Srini holds master’s degrees in naval architecture, warship design and financial management.
