Europe Management Team

Stéphane is an accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of senior leadership experience, specialising in strategy development, business growth, and team-building across international markets. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Serco in Europe, Stéphane brings extensive expertise from his previous role as Regional CEO of G4S, part of Allied Universal, where he led operations in Europe. In that position, he was responsible for managing 45,000 employees across 19 countries and multiple service lines, consistently driving strong financial performance and operational excellence.

Known for his ability to build high-performing teams, Stéphane excels in creating strategic commercial relationships and fostering a customer-centric approach. His leadership style is centred around teamwork and delivering results by leading by example. Before his tenure at G4S, Stéphane held key leadership roles at FedEx Express, where he gained broad experience in sales and business management, further solidifying his reputation as a dynamic and versatile leader.

Arnaud is an experienced manager with an engineering background. Arnaud joined Serco in 1999 as Deputy Contract Manager for one of the largest Industrial Support contract for CERN, the European Particle Physics Laboratory, near Geneva. Between 2001 and 2007, Arnaud became progressively responsible for all Serco operations on the CERN sites and in France.

Since September 2008, Arnaud is France General Manager, overseeing Serco operations with the CERN near Geneva, with Oracle and the European Space Agency (ESA) in Paris and with the French Space Agency (CNES) in French Guiana.

Roberto has had a long career in the IT software and services industry, working across sectors such as government, consumer electronics, travel and transport, retail, banking, insurance, and energy.

He spent many years at IBM, where he led various business areas, helping to launch new businesses, merge products, and grow sales.

Since 2017, Roberto has been with Serco, first as general manager for Italy and now as managing director for Serco's space division. He continues to lead the Italian and Czech Republic businesses while driving the growth of the space sector across all the European countries where Serco operates.

Cathrine is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in managing complex operations across Switzerland and Europe. As Managing Director for Immigration Europe, Cathrine is responsible for leading and coordinating Serco's immigration activities across Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Austria, working closely with Country Directors and operational teams on the ground.
 
Before Serco, Cathrine held senior leadership positions including ad interim CEO of the Ausgleichskasse des Kantons Solothurn (AKSO) and Managing Director of Sodexo Switzerland, where she led a successful multi-year turnaround while managing 400 employees. Earlier in her career, she gained international operational experience leading multi-service units and large-scale contract implementations across the EMEA region.
 
Based in Zurich, Cathrine is recognised for her pragmatic, people-centred leadership style and her ability to guide organisations through periods of transformation and growth.
