Serco expands its partnership with CERN through new contract at CERN Gateway

We are proud to welcome our new colleagues as we begin the S334 contract at CERN Gateway, providing reception, administrative, and technical support services.
CERN Gateway is CERN’s new education and outreach centre, designed to inspire and engage the public with the groundbreaking science happening at the world’s largest particle physics laboratory. Serco has been a trusted partner to CERN for over 40 years, delivering essential services, including cryogenic services, that support its teams in pushing the boundaries of science and innovation.
Under this new contract, we will be:
- Managing the CERN Gateway shop and visitor services
- Running the training centre
- Supporting the integration of training within CERN’s HR centre
