Serco wins major European Commission and European Parliament framework contracts

Serco, the international provider of services to governments, has been selected for two significant framework contracts supporting the digital transformation of the European Institutions: the European Commission's DIGIT TM III framework contract and the European Parliament's PRODINT framework contract.

The awards reinforce Serco's long-standing role supporting the European Institutions, where the company has delivered services, expertise and technology solutions for more than 30 years across a wide range of operational and digital transformation programmes.

Under DIGIT TM III, Serco will support the European Commission alongside consortium partners Cronos Europa, Fujitsu and Deloitte, delivering technology management and digital services across a broad range of business and operational domains.

Serco has also been selected for the European Parliament's PRODINT framework contract alongside consortium partners Aricoma, Tremend Software Consulting, CST Advisory and CruxSoft Belgium. The award marks an important milestone as Serco returns to supporting the European Parliament, building on a long history of delivering services to the Institution.

Together, these contract awards strengthen Serco's role in supporting the European Institutions and create further opportunities to contribute to the delivery of secure, resilient and innovative digital services across Europe's public sector institutions.
