What is RPO?

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (otherwise known as an RPO) is when a company requests additional outside assistance with all or some of its recruitment for a specific time frame.

Depending on the growth stage of your company, your recruitment needs may vary. Serco provides two different RPO options: Project RPO and End-To-End RPO. For a Project RPO the set period would usually range anywhere between 6-12 months, depending on your hiring needs and timescales, whereas an End-To-End RPO will usually last for 12-36 months.

End-To-End RPO: an integrated solution for a longer time frame

An End-To-End RPO program could be ideal for start-ups who are pre-revenue. Most End-To-End RPO programs will run for 12-36 months whilst you are scaling the company to the numbers required for you to be operational.

Our rates are based on a monthly management, placement and/or project fee. You would typically guarantee a minimum volume of hires to provide a baseline cost.
