Institutional Investor Corporate Access

With investors, as with customers, we seek long term relationships based on transparency, honesty and clarity.  Serco welcomes direct enquiries from regulated fund managers and analysts, who either have specific questions for Serco or wish to request a call or meeting.  The ability to fulfil institutional investor requests for corporate access will reflect designated close periods ahead of Serco’s financial results; during open periods, Serco will typically aim to provide additional access during its post-results roadshows, as well as through numerous institutional investor conferences or similar events. 

For direct enquires, Serco asks that background to the institution and fund be provided, along with details of any fund managers and analysts that are specifically requesting corporate access.
