At Serco, we work to create fairer and more inclusive environments for all colleagues and the communities that we serve. We focus on understanding the challenges faced by different groups, adopting an intersectional approach which enables us to create inclusive solutions for all colleagues.
Since our first UK Gender Pay Gap Report in 2017, we have seen a drop at Serco of 60% (from 12.90%), with the gender pay gap falling from 8.54% in 2023 to 5.16% in 2024. While we acknowledge that progress may not always be linear, we strive to drive positive change year on year.
