Since 2003 we have reported annually on our approach, impact and progress in delivering our commitments across our ESG priorities, together with our ESG performance and disclosure data. In 2014, we commenced publishing our annual Environmental Basis of Reporting supplement, outlining the scope and approach for our environmental performance data. In 2019, we launched the Serco People Report, exploring different aspects of the colleague experience and how Serco people make a difference every day.
