Dominique is a customer‑focused senior executive with a proven record of delivering complex commercial and government outcomes across multiple geographies.
As General Manager of Serco Asia Pacific’s Operations Hub, she leads operational delivery, transformation and continuous improvement, bringing strategy, creative problem‑solving and disciplined execution together to help our customers achieve mission‑critical results.
With more than 20 years’ experience in UK Government roles, Dominique relocated to Australia in 2024 and joined Serco in April 2025. A former British diplomat, she served in Australia and other nations between 2011 and 2019, building deep international, operational, and national security expertise. Her previous leadership posts spanned global visa operations, the international passport network, and rapid responses to significant global events, including the Sudan evacuation and the Turkey/Syria earthquake in 2023. She also oversaw dignitary facilitation for HM The Queen’s State Funeral and the Coronation of King Charles III, working across UK Government, Royal Households and invited states.
Dominique’s career highlights include leading operations, transformation and continuous improvement in complex, high‑stakes environments, as well as holding global responsibilities such as Head of Global Visa Operations and National Passport Operations. Her work has consistently focused on delivering outcomes under pressure and across borders. In recognition of her contributions to international relations and economic prosperity, she was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in September 2020.
