Our strategy for ASPAC: 2023-2030

For more than three decades, Serco has proudly stood as a reliable partner to governments across the vibrant Asia Pacific region. From delivering crucial citizen services in healthcare, justice, migration, defence, and more, to overseeing facilities management and transportation solutions, we've been at the forefront of innovation and excellence. With a dedicated workforce of more than 14,000 individuals in Asia Pacific and nearly 50,000 worldwide, we are deeply committed to making a positive impact on the world around us.

Recognising the urgent need for environmental sustainability, we have embraced this challenge wholeheartedly. Our pledge extends beyond the services we offer to citizens and society. It encompasses our role as an employer, our commitment to supporting the sustainability goals of our clients and communities, and our responsibility as a global industry player. Through a comprehensive regional environmental sustainability strategy built on four key pillars, we are actively working towards reducing carbon emissions, protecting the environment, and championing a greener future for all. Join us on this transformative journey towards a more sustainable tomorrow.

Our approach to environmental sustainability is based on four key pillars:

  1. As a public service provider – through the services provided to citizens and society and how they are provided
  2. As an employer – through how we attract, select, manage, develop, and look after our colleagues
  3. As an impact partner - by supporting the sustainability ambitions of our clients and wider society and limiting the environmental impact of its operations
  4. As a participant in global industry, infrastructure, and the wider economy – through how we manage, grow, and govern our business.
