Mark has extensive international experience in business and operational management. He was appointed CEO in 2013. Prior to joining Serco, Mark was COO for the China National Bluestar Company where he was responsible for leading the operations of subsidiary companies in the group's $8 billion portfolio, as well as providing leadership on strategic planning, M&A and other capital market transactions. Prior to living in China, Mark spent 8 years in the U.S. working for multinational companies including General Electric. Mark's formal education stems from Business and Applied Science and includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Technology, Victoria.
Peter has extensive experience in the public and private sectors delivering citizen services, customer relations, and transformational management with a commercial focus. Peter has held director-level positions with VicRoads and Service SA, the public facing Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) for the South Australian Government.
Peter holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Australia. He joined the Serco leadership team in 2015.
Heath joined Serco in 2011, and served four years as Managing Director of Immigration and Facility Services before being appointed to his current position. Prior to joining Serco, Heath was Chief Operating Officer for Sodexo Australia and New Zealand, and Chief Executive Officer of Serco Sodexo Defence Services. He has more than twenty years’ experience in senior management positions in medium to large companies at joint ventures and multinational corporations.
Heath brings to the role a strong commercial background and capacity to build effective management teams.
Steve has twenty years’ experience in senior management roles, with a demonstrable track record in leadership through times of business transformation.
Prior to joining Serco in early 2015, Steve held executive positions with Aurizon, WSN Environmental Solutions and Visy. Steve has also consulted across a range of asset management, logistics and process manufacturing organisations.
Trish joined Serco in May 2016 and brings extensive experience in health, having held senior roles in both the public and private sectors. Trish has a particular interest in developing partnerships to improve outcomes in the health care system. Her most recent position was Chief Executive Officer of a rural health service in Victoria providing primary, acute, aged care and home based services.
Peter has 25 years of senior executive experience in public and private sector contracting in the Asia Pacific region, including 14 years’ experience in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Serco, Peter was with CIMIC (formerly Leighton Holdings Group) for 15 years and held a variety of executive finance roles in Australia and Asia.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Business, is a Fellow member of the Australian Society of Accountants, member of the Institute of Corporate Managers, Secretaries and Administrators, and completed an Executive Management Programme at Insead in 2001.
Sheela joined Serco in 2015. Working with the Sector Managing Directors, she is focussed on driving profitable growth and sales effectiveness. Sheela brings over 17 years’ experience in outsourcing services sales across Asia Pacific region, with global organisations including Hewlett-Packard and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). She is an alumni of the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) and University of Calcutta.
Tony has over 20 years’ experience in information technology management and consulting, with expertise in transformational change and business process improvement. Prior to joining Serco in 2014, Tony held senior positions with Sinclair Knight Merz, Coates Hire and Lion Nathan.
Tony holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Wollongong.
Victor joined Serco in early 2015, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in the finance sector. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Victor has held senior finance positions with publicly listed national and global organisations across a diverse range of sectors. Victor has key experience in business transformation and growth, strengthening governance, risk management, cost reduction and internal controls.
Peter has over 25 years cross industry experience in People, Safety, Environment, Communications and ICT. His expertise is in building sustainable businesses by developing core capability and delivering innovation.
Previously at Thiess, Runge, Leighton Contractors and Bechtel, Peter created values-based organisations, delivered world class people strategies and leading safety strategy and cultures, as well as championing ICT Cloud/Outsourcing initiatives. Peter holds an MBA in International Human Resources.
Robert has 10 years’ experience with Serco. He joined the Asia Pacific leadership team in January 2015 from Serco Group Plc, where he served as the first UK General Counsel for the UK & Europe Division. Prior to moving to the UK, Robert held the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Serco Americas.
