Heath joined Serco in 2011 and served as Managing Director across the Asia Pacific Justice & Immigration business units, before transitioning to Serco’s UK & Europe division to take on a similar role in 2019.
Heath returned to Asia Pacific in 2023 and is now overseeing key strategic growth opportunities for the region.
Prior to joining Serco, Heath held senior management positions in various medium to large international companies across different service industry sectors, including Defence, Immigration, Justice, Healthcare, Education, Aged Care, Transport, Shipping, Stevedoring and Providoring.
Heath holds postgraduate qualifications in Finance and Business, and has a strong commercial background focusing on operational excellence and growing new business opportunities.
