Jason joined Serco in 2016 as Head of Infrastructure and Application Services and has since held various IT leadership roles including Director of IT Service Management before being appointed to Chief Digital Officer in February 2022.
Jason is an accomplished leader with a demonstrated background in operational and project management disciplines. Jason has previously held Global IT Leadership and Program roles for Sinclair Knight Merz and Jacobs Engineering, bringing with him a wealth of experience across different sectors. In 2025, Jason was named in the Top 50 CIOs in Australia by CIO50.
During his time at Serco, Jason has led key Divisional strategic initiatives including the company Integration of Facilities First Australia into Serco Asia Pacific and prior to that launching our Centralised Workforce Management process team and application supporting more than 6,500 employees.
