Tiffany Slater is a strategic executive and Chartered Accountant with expertise in governance, organisational performance, and driving impact in complex, purpose-driven organisations. She joined Serco Asia Pacific in 2025 and partners with the CEO and Executive Team to align priorities, accelerate strategic initiatives, and optimise business performance.
Previously, Tiffany held numerous leadership roles across departments at the National Rugby League (NRL), including in the CEO Office, leading portfolios in international strategy, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and elite competition development. She delivered major transformation programs, including the NRL’s 10-Year Pacific Strategy, the launch of the Pacific Championships, and the establishment and growth of the NRL Women’s competition (NRLW).
Tiffany began her career at Macquarie Group in Sydney and New York, holding senior finance roles in investment banking. She holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology and has been recognised as an AFR BOSS Young Executive, Her Sport Her Way Champion, and Chief Executive Women INSEAD scholar.
