His leadership journey includes significant contributions to the public sector, where he spearheaded service delivery transformations and process improvements for several government departments, including the Dept for Premier & Cabinet, Dept Treasury and Finance, and Dept for Correctional Services where he established a strong foundation in public service excellence.
