Serco announces Bronze Membership with Australian Disability Network

Published: 19 Sep 2025

We are excited to announce that Serco now has bronze membership with the Australian Disability Network. It’s a milestone that reflects our unwavering commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where every colleague can thrive.

This membership with the Australian Disability Network (ADN) is part of Serco’s ongoing, extensive investment in ensuring we’re creating a workplace where everyone of all abilities and skillsets can thrive and contribute meaningfully, while fulfilling their potential and engaging in rewarding work.

It’s our dedication to enabling all our Serco talent to Impact A Better Future with us.

In particular, Serco would like to thank the incredible people at ADN and our own Disability Services team, including Prabha Bogodaarachchi, for making this membership possible. At Serco, under the leadership of Jeannine Biviano and Bill Kanellis, our Community Services unit’s Disability Services team plays a crucial role in disability support and employment. Our team aren’t just making an impact internally – they’re also providing vital information, resources, and assistance for Australians with disabilities.

With the exciting milestone of an ADN bronze membership now achieved, we’re not stopping there – we have many more projects underway to further elevate accessibility and equal opportunities across our organisation, driven by Serco AsPac’s Alex Pereira – Director, Government Services, and Kevin Alexander, Director – People Services.

Here's to the next chapter of our disability inclusion journey, working hand in hand with the ADN and its 450+ members to continue creating environments where everyone can make a positive impact.
