Dealing with concerns 

Gives you the information and help you need to listen and act appropriately when a concern is raised.

If you are investigating or have investigated a Speak Up issue that is not already on the Speak Up case management system, register it online. You can use the Speak Up Managers Report

It is important that all cases relating to concerns or allegations of bribery, kickbacks or facilitation payments, fraud, money laundering, falsification of company records, misuse of confidential/personal data, breaches of sanctions, competition law or export controls are reported through the Speak Up case management system.
