Oversight of our ESG agenda continues to be a key part of our broader organisational governance process.

• Board oversight of ESG is managed through the Corporate Responsibility Committee.

• Our Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, a member of the ExCo, provides Executive oversight of our ESG agenda and attends our ESG Oversight Group where our Divisional ESG leads and functional leads (e.g. People, Health and Safety, Ethics and Integrity) work collaboratively to understand and assess our material ESG risks.

• Material ESG topics are proactively managed through our enterprise risk management process.
