Our 'Place' metrics are aligned to UN Sustainable Development Goal 16 - peace, justice and strong institutions: promoting peaceful and inclusive societies, providing access to justice for all and building effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels.

Recognising that we can have a positive impact on the communities we serve, we also focus on community investment, be that through donations, sponsorship, volunteering, or resources. These activities are specific to each Serco Division.
