In the Middle East, we operate in the sectors of Healthcare, Transport, Citizen Services, Defence and Justice and Immigration. Serco manages assets, workforce and data for our clients across these various sectors.

Defence
Trusted to deliver critical support and operate sensitive facilities by military organisations around the world, we have deep expertise in delivering economical and high quality defence services.
Transport
We design, operate, and maintain heavy rail, light rail, and trams; provide airport operations and facilities management; and provide air navigation services that, combined with our other regions, make us the largest non-government operator of civilian air traffic control in the world.
Healthcare and Facilities Management
From the operational management of hospitals to the optimisation of patient experience, we are committed to supporting the delivery of better healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
Justice and Immigration
Serco is committed to safeguarding society and have ambitions to support the delivery of core justice and immigration services in partnership with ministries and law enforcement bodies in the Middle East.

From contact centres and complex case management to the administration of flagship employment programmes, we are committed to delivering better government services for citizens.
Deployable Support Services
As a member of the local business community in the Middle East, Serco is extending assistance during the nation’s response to COVID-19. Across the world Serco is assisting national governments and health providers with their responses to the COVID-19 crisis to serve additional demand and support with the cover staff absence.
