Serco to provide facilities management services to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company

Serco, the international service company, has signed a contract for the provision of facilities management consultancy services and FM operational oversight for the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company's (ADNOC) new corporate headquarters building on the Corniche in Abu Dhabi.

The contract scope comprises managing the relocation of ADNOC from current to new facilities as well as the execution of a managed solution for FM at the new facility which encompasses 162,400 m² of Grade A commercial office space, a 65,340m² of underground car park as well as a district cooling plant.
