Serco and Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group strengthening and developing their partnership to attain Saudi 2030 Vision Goals

In the spirit of strengthening ties between the United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Serco and Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group agreed to ‘expand and develop their partnership’ Hesham Al Habib Vice President, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group and David J. Greer Chief Executive Officer, Serco Middle East announced at Mansion House during the visit of His Royal Highness Mohammed Bin Salman, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the UK.

In 2013, Serco Middle East, a subsidiary of Serco Group PLC, entered into a joint venture with Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (HMG) creating the entity ‘Serco Saudi Services’ with the initial purpose of delivering Integrated Facilities Management in the Kingdom.

Over the past four years, working in collaboration with HMG, Serco has achieved excellent performance levels across eight non-clinical services and has brought its international experience to; Enhance the skills and experience of the workforce, through training programmes and targeted professional development; and has Innovated the delivery of the service through the implementation of technology including a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.

Following this successful phase of Serco Saudi Services (SSS), Serco and HMG are seeking to expand and further develop their partnership to participate in attaining the Saudi 2030 Vision goals. SSS will work across government initiatives, in the Education, Transport and Healthcare sectors to provide Integrated Facilities Management to new infrastructure projects including Public Private Partnerships.
