Serco delivers facilities management, property and leasing management for Rihan Heights towers A, B and C, the district cooling plant and the common areas as well as complete financial management for all 5 towers, the retail outlets and the villas.

Handed over in 2011, the project consists of 5 residential towers that contain 854 apartments, 5 retail outlets and 14 exclusive villas around the perimeter located in Arzanah Master Community in Zayed Sports City.

The project was LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certified upon construction handover and commands breath-taking views of the lush gardens, waterfront and the inspiring Zayed Grand Mosque.

About the project

Rihan Heights consists of five residential towers, five retail units and fourteen villas in Abu Dhabi and is part of the iconic Arzanah megaproject.
