Serco has delivered air traffic control and related services at Dubai International Airport since 1967

Our Training Manual (Serco Manual 100-3, Training) and the Facility Training Plans for each of the sites we operated, aligned with and complemented FAA Order JO 3120.4, Air Traffic Technical Training.

Serco has provided essential technical air traffic services on behalf of Ras Al Khaimah International Airport since 2022

Serco manage and maintain an orderly flow of air traffic and coordinate aircrafts both in air and in relevant areas in the airport and support the airport in interaction and compliance with GCAA regulations.
