This milestone comes as Serco celebrates a benchmark-setting achievement: 30% of Serco’s Disability Services workforce have self-disclosed one or more disabilities. The opening of the fully-accessible Employment Hub, which has been designed in collaboration with Vision Australia, demonstrates Serco’s commitment to keeping jobs in Melbourne’s South East, and growing local employment, with plans to increase the Dandenong Disability Services team by more than 25% over the coming months.

Serco staff will from this month be visiting schools and colleges up and down the country to share their work experiences and help inspire young people to think about their futures.
