Changes to Serco Senior Leadership

Serco today announces a change to its senior leadership. For the last four months Serco has been working hard to refresh its relationship with central government in the UK. As a result, Serco and Jeremy Stafford, Chief Executive of UK & Europe, have concluded that a change in the senior leadership of our UK & Europe Division would accelerate and consolidate that process.

Furthermore we have recently announced the decision to separate the UK & Europe division into two. Jeremy has therefore decided to step down as Chief Executive of UK & Europe and to pursue other opportunities outside Serco.

Andrew White, Chief Operating Officer of UK&E, will be stepping up to take over as CEO, UK&E on an interim basis.

Serco wishes Jeremy the best for the future and congratulates Andrew on his new role.
