We are required to sign-post asylum seekers to relevant local authority and voluntary welfare, education, and health services so that they can get wider support whilst their asylum claim is assessed.

We manage a portfolio of rental properties, which is the cheapest option, reducing the cost to government. We are required to ensure the quality standards of the properties are in accordance with the Decent Homes Standard.

Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC)

AASC covers the North West of England and the Midlands & East of England regions.  Our responsibility is to provide properties for initial and dispersed accommodation requirements, for transportation to and from properties, and for a range of other services to support the welfare of asylum seekers.
