In 2024, Serco Employability Services division integrated with Serco Skills and Training Services (STS) to create a new division: Employment, Skills and Training (EST).

Our background

With over 20 years’ experience through the delivery of employment support and skills development contracts, our learnings have helped us understand what a successful operation of the contracts in this sector requires.

We offer an integrated, innovative, and effective employability and skills solutions which supports individuals back into work, grows and strengthens the economy, and has a positive impact on society. 

We are committed to delivering end-to-end solutions that meet the needs of both individuals and commissioners.
